      We are excited to welcome you to our stage!

      To service your next production, please make an inquiry below by selecting your preferred days in the calendar.

      Kindly note that a full studio-day ahead of your shoot (for prelighting, testing of VP-content and other general preparations) is strongly recommended for a smooth shooting experience.

      …or get in touch with us by phone: +31 85 060 85 56

      What is included in your shooting day?

      • Rental of the studio space, including dressing-and make-up rooms, toilets, facilities for craft services with a break room and production offices with internet connectivity.
        Please see studio floor plan for details;
      • The full setup of the L.E.D. screens. This includes one (Faber AV) technician present during testing/pre-light as well as shooting;
      • Hardware needed to control playback and adjustments to the LED-screens. This includes at least one (ReadySet) technician present during testing/pre-light as well as shooting;
      • Parking for up to 15 vehicles.

      What is not included in your shooting day?

      • Content to display on the L.E.D.-wall;
      • Additional VP crew (please see below);
      • Regular crew (DOP, gaffer, grip, etc.);
      • Filming equipment outside the VP setup such as camera, lenses, light, grip, etc.;
      • Craft services (catering);
      • Electricity (will be charged based on actual use/costs);
      • Cleaning costs.

      Every production is a prototype, so your needs and requirements depend on several factors. Generally speaking, we acknowledge two main ‘routes’:

      2D content playback

      For most productions, for instance, car setups, the playback of moving footage on the screen (‘plates’) suffices. The same applies to a photo or other image that can be displayed ‘as is’, or color graded to meet the proper level of realism.

      For this route, less hardware is needed and also less ‘VP-crew’ to assist in securing a smooth workflow.

      3D (tracked) set extensions

      The more complex route involves the display of 3D (or semi 3D) environments, set extensions or scenes rendered in real-time.

      For this route, more hardware might be needed, for instance, camera- and lens tracking, which requires additional ‘VP-crew’ to assist in securing a smooth workflow.
